When participating in a course with Mindfully Me, the following terms and conditions apply:

No guarantee is given or implied with regard to the effectiveness of the practice or therapy for any medical or personal condition.

You must declare any relevant conditions that you have prior to the commencement of any course via the course registration form that will be sent to you before the course starts. You may be requested to inform or seek consent from your GP or other medical practitioner and, where this is relevant, you must agree to do so before commencing the use of the service.

Services are provided in confidence and any information you disclose will not generally be disclosed to others. However, there may be times that a disclosure needs to be made to protect your health and welfare or the health and welfare of others or to comply with the law. Where this is necessary, we will discuss this with you.

When participating in a course, you agree to attend all of the sessions and to carry out the home practices as instructed. You acknowledge that you are a partner in the course and that effort is required on your part to achieve desirable change. You can stop attending and withdraw from any service at any time for any reason.

Services may be withdrawn at any time by Mindfully Me and, where this is necessary, you will be given as much notice as possible. You will receive a proportionate refund for any of the services that have been withdrawn.

Service delivery may be changed to a different format at any time by Mindfully Me, for example from face-to-face to online format and, where this is necessary, you will be given as much notice as possible. Service formats have equivalent value and, as such, you have no automatic right to withdraw due to a change of format. If you do wish to withdraw, our normal withdrawal conditions as outlined below apply.

If you have not commenced the course, you have a statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund, within 14 days (cooling off period) of submitting your application. If you commence your course during the 14-day cooling off period, your right to cancel with a full refund is withdrawn and you will be liable to pay the full fee.

In addition to your statutory rights, you may cancel your place up to 4 weeks before the course start date. The following administrative charges will apply in these circumstances: 10% of the overall course fee with a minimum administrative fee of £10 administration fee for UK transactions and £20 administrative fees in case of transactions outside the UK. All cancellation requests must be emailed to Mindfully Me at sophie@mindfullyme.co.uk with ‘cancellation request’ in the subject line. These referenced emails will be acknowledged by Mindfully Me within 24 hours of receipt (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm UK time). Until an acknowledgement is received by MIndfully Me, the cancellation request will not be valid or effective. If a refund is approved by Mindfully Me, it will be made through the original mode of payment only, unless a card has expired and new card details are obtained.
